How long do membership and invitation availability last?
Basic and Premium memberships are valid for 12 months. Published invitations keep the availability period they were granted: 2 years on Basic, 5 years on Premium. When a membership expires, invitations and drafts are not automatically deleted.
How are views and photo uploads counted?
Each time an invitation link is opened counts as one actual view. When the limit is reached, the invitation is temporarily hidden so that its owner can upgrade. Photo uploads add up across your account: Free 10, Basic 50, Premium 100. Deleting a photo does not give an upload back, and uploading the same photo again counts as a new upload. Reusing a photo already uploaded to your library does not count again. Photos and decorations included in templates are not deducted.
Will my existing invitations be affected?
Invitations created before the new pricing keep their existing benefits and content. The new plan limits apply to new invitations; the system does not automatically delete older invitations.
How do I activate a plan?
Log in, choose a plan and create a request. Lovia confirms payment before activation. Your benefits and term are updated on your account after successful activation. Do not enter card details on this page.
