Using Lovia
Lovia provides digital invitation tools. You need to have the legal right to use the content, information and accounts you put on the platform. Where a transaction requires a legal representative, appropriate consent must be obtained.
Accounts and content
You protect your login details and check invitations before publishing them. Ownership of your content remains unchanged; you allow Lovia to process and display the content in order to carry out the actions you request.
Scope of service
Account and feature limits are set out on the membership page. Payment for paid plans is not currently open. Lovia does not guarantee that guests will attend or fulfil commitments to invitation owners.
Resolving issues
Lovia receives error reports, feedback and requests to remove content. Infringing content may be restricted after review; where it is necessary to prevent damage, action may be taken immediately. Mandatory consumer rights remain guaranteed under applicable law.
