Current scope
Lovia has not yet started charging for membership plans, so no refund process for plan purchases has arisen on the system. Registering interest does not create any obligation to pay.
Transactions to review
If you believe you have paid Lovia, send the transaction ID, date, amount, and recipient details so that they can be checked. Cover your balance and any unrelated information on the documents.
When paid services become available
Cancellation conditions, refund cases, processing times, and the method of receiving money back will be published before payment is accepted. Those conditions do not exclude mandatory rights under the law.
