Privacy policy

Scope

This policy describes how Lovia processes data when you create an account, compose an invitation, share an invitation, and interact with invitations. The entity responsible is CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ SỐ META.

Information processed

Account data may include your name, email address, authentication information, and identifiers. Designs include the photos, text, audio, times, locations, and other information you enter. Guest responses may include names, wishes, attendance status, and the number of accompanying people. The system records views, likes, and interactions so that invitation owners can track them. Servers may process IP addresses and access logs to operate the service, resolve errors, and limit abuse.

Google sign-in

When the Google function is offered and you choose to use it, Google and Clerk handle the authentication step. Lovia receives identifying information to the extent you permit, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. Lovia does not receive your Google password and does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or your contacts in order to log in. You can revoke the connection permission in your Google account; revoking it does not automatically delete your account or the invitations saved at Lovia.

Purposes of use

Data is used for login, managing invitation ownership, saving designs, displaying invitations, recording responses, and supporting users. Lovia does not sell personal data. Using your photos or invitations for promotional activities requires separate permission.

Who can access the data

Published invitations may be viewed by anyone who has the link, including when the link is forwarded. Invitation content, bank QR codes, and wishes may be displayed to viewers depending on the functions in use. Do not put confidential information on a public invitation. Infrastructure and authentication providers process the data necessary for the service; authentication data may be processed outside Vietnam under the systems of Google and Clerk. Lovia may provide information in response to lawful requests from competent authorities.

Storage on devices and servers

Your browser stores drafts, interface preferences, and login session information. Invitations saved in your account and guest responses are stored on servers. Clearing browser data may cause the loss of drafts that have not been synced. Temporarily hiding or deleting an invitation from the interface does not mean that all backups have been deleted immediately. Data necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations may continue to be retained to the extent necessary.

Data controls and requests

You can edit invitation content, change the publication status, and submit requests to view, edit, receive a copy of, or delete personal data. Lovia may request sufficient information to verify the data subject before acting. Invitation owners need to have the right to use the photos and guest information uploaded to the system, particularly with regard to children. If your data has been placed on an invitation by someone else, please send the link so that it can be checked.

Protection and updates

Lovia uses HTTPS and checks account access rights; users need to protect their login details and devices. This policy is updated when data processing practices change; the applicable version is published on this page.

When you send a request, please include your account email and the link to the invitation in question. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Account deletion request

Send an email from your registered address to request deletion of your Lovia account, invitations, and related data.

Within 7 days after verifying the account holder, Lovia permanently deletes the account, membership rights, invitations, uploaded photos, wishes, responses, and in-app purchase history, including backups managed by Lovia. The data cannot be recovered. This does not delete your Google account or payment records managed by Google.
